She has spearheaded Tamil Nadu’s pioneering initiatives in heat adaptation, ecosystem restoration, sustainable cooling, and nature-based solutions. Her programmes generated 2.5 million green jobs, expanded the State’s forest cover, and positively impacted 12 million people, positioning Tamil Nadu as a frontrunner in global climate action.
