The Assam Cabinet has approved an extension of the one-time window for determining the market value of tea-garden land for calculating stamp duty and registration fees on conveyance deeds.
The measure provides an additional opportunity to determine tea-garden land values under the applicable framework and facilitates transactions involving tea-garden properties.
