Sikkim Police received the prestigious President’s Police Colour from Droupadi Murmu at Paljor Stadium.
Also known as the Nishaan, the President’s Police Colour is the highest ceremonial honour awarded to a State or Central police force for exceptional service, bravery and professionalism. With this recognition, Sikkim became the 15th state in India and the third in Northeast India to receive the honour.
