The Assam Cabinet approved customised incentives for Dalmia Bharat Green Vision Ltd for its proposed clinker manufacturing units, involving an investment of ₹10,200 crore. The project is expected to strengthen Assam’s industrial and manufacturing ecosystem.
The company will establish two clinker manufacturing units at Lanka and Umrangsu. The investment is significant for Assam’s cement industry and is expected to contribute to industrial development, employment generation and economic activity in the state.
