DAKSH is a SupTech (Supervisory Technology) initiative of the Reserve Bank of India, designed as an end-to-end, web-based workflow application. It aims to make regulatory compliance and supervisory processes more robust, efficient and technology-driven.
The platform enables the RBI to monitor compliance requirements across Supervised Entities (SEs), including commercial banks, NBFCs and payment instrument issuers. By digitising supervisory workflows and strengthening monitoring mechanisms, DAKSH supports more focused and effective financial-sector supervision.
