A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) and Assam Startup will facilitate the establishment of a Centre of Entrepreneurship in Guwahati. The initiative aims to strengthen Assam’s startup and technology ecosystem.
The proposed centre will provide incubation facilities, emerging-technology laboratories and industry access, enabling startups and innovators to develop, test and commercialise technology-driven solutions. It is expected to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and stronger industry–startup linkages in the state.
