The Parali Protection Force is a proposed district- and block-level enforcement and monitoring mechanism by the Haryana Government to tackle paddy stubble burning. It will strengthen field surveillance, facilitate prompt action and coordinate efforts to address crop-residue burning.
The initiative aims to eliminate stubble-burning incidents and improve air quality while supporting farmers in adopting sustainable alternatives. Crop-residue management machinery and financial incentives will be used to encourage farmers to manage paddy straw without burning it.
