Cachar Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (CCHRC) has upgraded its cancer research infrastructure with the inauguration of an advanced biomedical proteomics facility equipped with the Bruker timsTOF Pro 2 mass spectrometry system, procured from Germany.
The technology enables detailed protein characterisation and global proteome profiling. It will support the identification of cancer biomarkers and molecular signatures, potentially improving precision diagnosis and the development of targeted treatment approaches.
