Key decisions were taken to reorganise the VDPs, with a focus on establishing one in each revenue village across the state to improve the structure and functioning of these entities with a goal of at least 30% women members in each VDP.
Additionally, training will be provided to empower the members of VDPs, equip them with skills necessary for both civil and police roles.
