The central government has announced the decision to establish a Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) in each of the country’s 543 parliamentary constituencies.
The establishment of new PSKs across the country highlights a joint effort between the Department of Posts and the Ministry of External Affairs.
Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) is a part of the Passport Seva Project initiated by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). It aims to provide efficient, transparent, and accessible passport services to Indian citizens.
