  • Radiocarbon (Carbon-14) dating of ancient human skeletal remains recovered from the cave has dated them to AD 1729–1789, providing one of the first scientifically verified dates for human remains discovered at the site.
  • The findings enhance understanding of Mizoram’s archaeological heritage and the region’s historical human occupation.
