Ishan Pratap Singh, a 22-year-old civic entrepreneur from New Delhi, is representing India at the World Economic Forum as one of 40 Global Shapers selected worldwide. He is the founder of Cooperation17, a global social startup focused on addressing civic dysfunction through collaboration among citizens, institutions, businesses and governments.
His work centres on advancing the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals through civic engagement and on-ground implementation in urban and rural areas. At Davos, he aims to project India’s development narrative and build partnerships around dialogue, frontier technologies and grassroots solutions.
