The Mizoram government will collaborate with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to strengthen HIV/AIDS prevention efforts along the Mizoram–Myanmar border, particularly among refugees residing in border areas.

The partnership aims to enhance medical outreach, awareness, testing, and treatment services in vulnerable regions facing cross-border health challenges. MSF, an international humanitarian medical organisation, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999 for its pioneering global humanitarian work.
