Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati has secured the 9th position among Indian institutions in the QS World University Rankings 2027 and has been ranked 349th globally.
The rankings place Indian Institute of Technology Delhi as India’s highest-ranked institution (118th globally), followed by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
