Assam inaugurated the Digital Design & 3D Printing Centre of Excellence at Tech City, Bongora under the PM-DeVINE Scheme. The facility will promote digital design, additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, and the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies across the Northeast.
The Centre is expected to boost innovation, skill development, and advanced manufacturing while supporting MSMEs, accelerating product development, and reducing import dependence in sectors such as healthcare, aerospace, energy, and agriculture.
