Tripura became the first state in India to complete all priority areas under both Phase-I and Phase-II of the national Compliance Reduction and Deregulation initiative.
The reform programme, led by the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of India, focuses on simplifying regulations, reducing procedural burdens and promoting digitisation of approvals and services across sectors. The achievement highlights Tripura’s progress in administrative reforms, ease of doing business and digital governance.
