The Mizoram Tourism Department has inaugurated the two-day Tlaizawng Paradise Festival at Tuivai Bridge near Phuaibuang, as part of efforts to boost tourism by highlighting the State’s natural beauty.

“Tlaizawng,” meaning cherry blossom, captures the scenic essence the festival celebrates — drawing visitors to experience blooming landscapes, local culture and the emerging eco-tourism potential of the region.
