Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in New Delhi for the 23rd India–Russia Annual Summit, a key forum for reviewing the full spectrum of strategic cooperation.

India and Russia share a Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership (since 2010), reflecting deep political confidence, long-standing defence cooperation, and mutual alignment on promoting a multipolar world order.
