Anand R.K., Suparna Sharma and Natalie Obiko Pearson received the Pulitzer Prize in the Illustrated Reporting and Commentary category for their Bloomberg project “trAPPed.” The work exposed the human impact of cybercrime, including cases of “digital arrest” used to defraud victims.
Separately, Aniruddha Ghosal was part of a team honoured in the International Reporting category. These recognitions highlight India-linked journalism addressing emerging digital threats.
