Objective:

To automate the conversion of cyber fraud complaints (above ₹10 lakh) into FIRs.

Enables faster registration and investigation of cyber financial crimes.

Aims at swift recovery and timely legal action.

Mechanism:

Complaints made via helpline 1930 or National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP) will trigger automatic FIRs.

Integrates with law enforcement through digital channels.

Legal Framework:

Backed by provisions of Section 173(1) and 173(1)(ii) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).

Procedure established in collaboration with Delhi Police and I4C.
