After my greetings they asked me to take my seat.
Ajanta ma’am started the interview.

  1. Ma’am asked me to tell me about myself.
  2. As I had Statistics in my graduation ma’am asked if I still remember anything from my subject and asked me one question from statistics.

  4. How many attempts in interview for APSC CCE?
  5. As history was my subject Ajanta ma’am asked me few questions from history.
  6. Contribution of Assam in freedom fight.
  7. About congress in freedom struggle
  8. Non cooperation movement
  9. Name two Buragohains who were famous in Ahom Dynasty
  10. The 2nd female panellist asked me about my present job profile
  11. Two issues faced by District administration apart from my branch.
  12. She asked about a news regarding land revenue case of Jorhat east revenue circle which was on news recently and asked me who was responsible for the mistake. Asked me about officers being involved in corruption after getting civil service.
  13. The 3rd male panellist asked me few hypothetical questions.
  14. He asked me about my take on the role of NRIs in Indian society. Asked my take on brain drain.
  15. He then said that now a days we live in two parallel worlds, one is real world and other is virtual world. He asked me about my thoughts on this issue.
  16. The 2nd panellist asked me if I read books and asked me my favourite writer and book.
  17. Asked me to name one short story of my favourite writer that made impact on my life.
  18. The 3rd panellist asked me what sport I like.
  19. Ajanta ma’am asked why I chose civil service. She also Asked me if I can visit remote areas if I get selected.
  20. She asked me about my strong qualities that makes me different from the rest.
    (This is as much as I can recall right now. I have almost covered all the points that were asked during my interview)
