India will unveil its maiden Red List of Endangered Species at the IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi.
The Congress, held every four years by the International Union for Conservation of Nature, is the world’s largest forum on conservation policy, bringing together governments, scientists, civil society, indigenous groups, and industry leaders to shape global priorities on biodiversity, climate action, and sustainable development.
