BIMSTEC – Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation

  • Its objective is to promote economic, social, and technical cooperation among member countries.

Establishment:-

  • BIMSTEC was established in the year 1997 with the signing of the Bangkok Declaration.
