The Governor’s Rashtriya
Suraksha Protsahan Sankalp
is an initiative proposed and
envisaged by Raj Bhavan in
partnership with the State’s
National Cadet Corps (NCC).
The campaign aims to educate
not only the NCC cadets but
also the larger student community of 35 districts across
the State in various academic
institutions about different
aspects of security. The programme will be implemented through a structured hierarchy involving five NCC
group headquarters and 27
NCC units, in association with
district administrations.
